Rhoads led ISU to the 2nd biggest turnaround from one year time. I, too, am in love with Coach Rhoads. I am of the mindset that ISU has their ideal coaches with Rhoads heading football and McDermott heading basketball. Two class guys with in-state ties that are both deserving of all success that comes their way. McDermott is due for a breakout year as well with the talent he has. Here's hoping that Pollard and Co. can pony up the cash when the big schools come a calling in the next couple years for both of these guys.
